My Approach

Psychotherapy or counselling is a way to help people with a variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help you manage and sometimes eliminate symptoms so that you can function and feel better.

Psychotherapy Grey Bruce strives to provide individualized person-centered counselling to each individual regardless of age.  The therapist may use different types of therapy depending on the nature of the clients’ difficulties and circumstances.

Psychotherapy Grey Bruce offers in person, virtual and telephone services. Walk and Talk Therapy is offered on an individual and seasonal  basis.
